
I led a team of web developers through the production of a new ministry and eCommerce site called Exodus 90.
THE GOAL
The goal was to launch a storefront for a new ascetical program focussed on delivering men from media and pornography addiction. Building the storefront, as well as a support structure for people participating in Exodus, within a very tight timeline, was an interesting challenge. We approached the project by setting long-term goals, and strategically deciding on key features to include for a version one launch of the website and reaching our goal within an 8-week timeline.
