
I led the discovery and strategy phase for the redesign of the Catholic Foundation’s website. I also supported the design team by auditing existing content types to prepare for new designs and migration to Drupal CMS.
THE GOAL
The Catholic Foundation needed a secure donor platform in addition to a new CMS to better reach out to donors. The website needed to tell their brand story while supporting many foundation processes. An understanding of different audience types was central in planning the custom functionality necessary for developing the various donor/applicant flows required for grants, special fundraising initiatives as well as the endowment funds.
